Juno and MyEvents.com Team Up to Offer Juno Users Rich Organizational Tools

PARTNERSHIP to provide Juno members with group calendaring and contact management

NEW YORK, NY (February 23, 2000) -- Juno Online Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: JWEB), a leading provider of Internet-related services nationwide, and MyEvents.com, a provider of premiere calendaring and community services, today announced that they will collaborate in the creation of a co-branded calendaring and personal organization application that will be made available for free to Juno members.

Juno members will have direct access to a lifestyle management service that has been widely praised for its versatility and ease of use. Features range from a personal organizer to message boards, shared task lists and address books, e-mail reminders, and personal and group calendars that can be scaled for use by groups of all sizes.

"Adding MyEvents.com to the suite of services we provide our users enriches our full-service online environment," said Leelila Strogov, vice president for business development at Juno. "Like Juno, MyEvents.com is committed to making the online experience easy and intuitive for the end user, and the sheer range of offerings they make available is remarkable. We are very excited to be working with them."

Under the terms of the agreement, the co-branded MyEvents application will be marketed to Juno members through a coordinated promotional campaign conducted over the Juno service. The campaign will include banner, pop-up, and interstitial advertisements as well as collateral marketing in the form of special notices and promotions in various sections of the Juno World Wide Web portal.

"Juno and MyEvents.com are a great fit," said Patrick Connolly, CEO at MyEvents.com. "We’re both dedicated to making our members’ lives easier by giving them robust and easy-to-use services. We look forward to the marriage of our technologies which should translate into superior value for our customers."
